摘要
在氮气气氛下,利用热重-红外联用技术对来自上海市金山区的两种秸秆类生物质(水稻秸秆和芦苇秸秆)热解过程中的失重特性和气体产物释放特性进行了实时在线分析。结果表明,升温速率的增加会产生一定程度的热滞后现象,热裂解过程向高温侧移动;采用积分法对两种秸秆的热解过程进行了动力学分析,得到秸秆类生物质的热解动力学参数,水稻和芦苇秸秆的热解反应是一级反应;两种秸秆的热解产物主要为H2O、CO2、CO、CH4;水稻秸秆热解的DTG曲线及CO2的析出峰为单峰,而芦苇秸秆热解的DTG曲线及CO2的析出峰为双峰;气体析出规律的差异与秸秆中纤维素和半纤维素的比例有关。
The pyrolysis behaviors of rice straw and reed straw were investigated based on the TGA-FTIR technology, under nitrogen atmosphere. The results showed that thermal lagging became serious with the increasing heating rate; the integration method was used to study the kinetics of reaction of pyrolysis, and obtained the parameters of pyrolysis kinetics; the main gas products are H20, CO2, CO and CH4; The DTG curve and the emission curve of CO2 of rice straw appeared unimodal distribution while the DTG curve and the emission curve of CO2 of reed straw were of bimodal (twin-peak) character; The main differences between the pyrolysis behaviors are related with the different ratios of cellulose and hemi-cellulose in straw.
