摘要
目的探讨胃镜联合肠镜在急性消化道出血术中的应用价值。方法收集2013年5月至2014年5月我院收治的行手术治疗的急性消化道出血60例患者资料,均于术中采用胃镜联合肠镜治疗,并对治疗效果进行分析。结果 60例患者中,上消化道出血37例,中、下消化道出血23例;患者手术治疗后优23例,良20例,中14例,差3例,总有效率为71.7%。结论急性消化道出血术中采用胃镜联合肠镜治疗可有效明确病灶范围、出血原因,确保手术顺利进行并提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of endoscopy combined with colonoscopy in the acute hemorrhage of digestive tract.Methods From 2013 May to 2014 May in our hospital for surgical treatment of acute gastrointestinal bleeding in 60 patients,were treated by endoscopy combined with colonoscopy therapy,and the therapeutic effects were analyzed.Results In 60 cases,hemorrhage of upper digestive tract in 37 cases,in 23 cases, hemorrhage of lower digestive tract operation;patients after treatment,23 cases were excel ent,good in 20 cases,in 14 cases,poor in 3 cases,the total effective rate was 71.7%.Conclusion Intraoperative use of endoscopy combined with colonoscopy can causebleeding ef ectively clear range of lesions,acute gastrointestinal bleeding,ensure operation smoothly and improve the effect of treatment.
