摘要 针对当前医疗信息化建设过程中产生的重复投入和"信息孤岛"问题,结合医疗信息系统的应用需求,提出了基于云计算的移动医疗健康系统。系统基于Windows Phone智能手机,通过无线网络接入Windows Azure微软云平台,利用SQL Azure进行医疗数据的存储。介绍了系统的整体框架,并分析和阐述了移动终端和云端之间的Web Service通信方式、SQL Azure和Isolated Storage存储方式以及MNPS推送过程。结果表明该系统为病人异地求医远程诊断咨询提供了有效的途径,是一种应用前景广阔的新型医疗服务应用。 To meet the problems of repeated investment and "information isolated island" in the current medical information construction process, combined with the application requirement of medical information system, the paper proposed a mobile health care system(MHCS) based on cloud computing. This system based on Windows Phone smartphone, access Windows Azure cloud platform through wireless network, and use SQL Azure for the storage of medical data.The overall framework of the system was introduced, Web Service communication mode, SQL Azure and Isolated Storage and MNPS delivery process between mobile terminal and the cloud were also analyzed and stated,. The results show that the system offers an effective way to the patients seeking remote medical advice and diagnosis consulting, and it is a new kind of promising medical service applications.
