摘要
以5年生红地球葡萄为试材,测定了"T"、"V"、"F"、"I"型4种架式的葡萄果实日烧病的发生率、病情指数、果实的单粒质量、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量和Vc含量。结果表明:4种架式的果实日烧发生率分别为12.4%、7.2%、5.6%和15.6%,病情指数分别为0.12、0.07、0.06和0.16,以"I"型架式的最高,"F"型架式的最低;4种架式的单粒质量分别为13.7g、15.3g、12.3g和13.6g;果实可溶性固形物含量分别为17.1%、21.4%、16.4%和18.7%,以"V"型架式的最高,"F"型的最低。在综合考虑4种架式对葡萄日烧病发生率、病情指数和果实品质影响的基础上,建议在试验区采用"V"型架有利于防止日烧病的发生和葡萄品质的提高。
The 5-year-old Red Globe grapevine was used as materials to explore the effect of different trellises on sunburn resistant and fruit quality. Incidence rate, disease index, single berry weight, the contents of soluble solid, titration acid and Vc were determined under four trellises , including ‘T＇, ‘V＇, ‘F＇ and ‘I＇. The result showed that the incidence rate of berries from four trellises were 12.4%, 7.2%, 5.6%, and 15.6% respectively; the disease index of berries were 0.12, 0.07, 0.06, and 0.16 respectively; the incidence rate and disease index of ＇I＇ trellis was the highest, and ＇F＇ trellis was the lowest in all treatments; the single berry weight from four trellises were 13.7g, 15.3g, 12.3g, and 13.6g, and the soluble solid content werelT.l%, 21.4%, 16.4%, and 18.7% respectively, the single berry weight and soluble solid content of ‘V＇ trellis were the highest, and ＇F＇ trellis was the lowest in all treatments. So ‘V＇ trellis was suitable in test area to improve the sunburn resistance and fruit quality.
