摘要
面对国内外的复杂形势,为考察中国制造业的发展能力,基于对可持续发展能力的理论分析,构建了制造业可持续发展能力指标评价体系,选取1995—2012年数据对中国制造业的可持续发展能力进行评价,并对评价结果进行聚类分析。研究发现,1995—2012年中国制造业各行业的可持续发展能力获得了稳步提高,但综合能力不强。从内部排序看,食品饮料行业历年垫底,传统优势行业排序下降,重化工业特别是装备制造业排序显著上升。聚类分析表明,经济能力较强行业的科技创新能力和国际竞争力弱;国际竞争力强的行业,科技创新能力最弱;且两者与自然关系不和谐。只有科技创新能力强的行业才表现出与自然较为和谐的关系,但国际竞争力略逊一筹。
In order to investigate the development ability of China＇s manufacturing industry in the complex and difficult situation,based on the theory of sustainable development ability analysis,we establish the index evaluation system,and select the data from 1995 to 2012 and main component separation method to evaluate the sustainable development ability of China＇s manufacturing industry,then we also adopt cluster and effect factor analysis method to analyze the evaluation result. The study found that from 1995 to 2012 the sustainable development ability of China＇s manufacturing industry has obtained the improved steadily,but the comprehensive abilities are not strong. According to sort order of manufacturing industry score in every year,we can conclude that food and beverage industry generally is at the bottom,the qualifying of traditional light industry is declining,however the sort order of heavy industry,especially equipment manufacturing industry,considerably goes up. Cluster analysis result showed that the industries get strong economic ability,whose science and technology level,international competitiveness is weak. The industries have strong international competitiveness,but their technology innovation ability is the weakest. The above industries could not be harmonious development with nature. Only the industries which pay attention to technology innovation ability are harmonious development with nature,but they have weaker international competitiveness.
