反应性β-环糊精单体的制备及合成条件研究

摘要 以N-N二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,三乙胺为缚酸剂,丙烯酰氯(AC)为酰化试剂在β-环糊精(β-CD)中引入了双键,并对其进行了傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振波谱(1HNMR)分析,结果证明双键成功地引入到了β-CD中。研究了β-CD与AC的摩尔比、AC与三乙胺的摩尔比、反应时间和DMF溶剂的体积对β-CD-A的双键含量和产率的影响。结果表明,当先在冰水浴条件下反应,然后在室温下反应,n(β-CD)∶n(AC)=1∶8,n(AC)∶n(三乙胺)=1∶1.05,反应时间为1 h,DMF溶液的体积为15 mL每0.5 gβ-CD时,为该实验最佳的反应条件;在此条件下的双键含量为2 mmol/g,产率为60.58%。 An esterification between cationpaper research institute of Faculty Materials and Textiles in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, 1HNMR. It was testified that the esterification has successfully happened. Studied effect ofβ-CD/AC mole ratio, AC/triethylamine mole ratio, reaction time and the volume of DMF to double bond content and productivity of β-CD-A , it was indicated that react in ice water first , then react in room temperature, the mole ratio ofβ-CD/AC is 1∶8, the mole ratio of AC/triethylamine is 1∶1.05, the reaction time is 1 h, the volume of DMF is 0.5 g/15 mL. When reacted at the best conditions, the double bond content is 2 mmol/g, the productivity is 60.58%.
