摘要
LD-SAKER管道泄漏监测报警定位系统利用负压波在原油输送管道中的传播速度来分析判定管道泄漏工况。该系统集泄漏监测和生产管理于一体,由压力、流量变化曲线判断管道泄漏,并通过工况点引起的压力波分别向首站和末站传播的时间来确定泄漏点位置。不但对所监测管道的泄漏等异常情况进行提示报警及定位,而且记录监测管道的日常运行情况,及时有效地给出管道两端的压力、流量、温度等数据。弥补了以前管理上的不足,便于生产管理。油田现场实际应用效果良好,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。
In LD-SAKER pipeline leakage monitoring alarm positioning system,negative pressure wave propagation velocity in crude oil pipelines was used to analyze the working condition of pipeline leakage.The leak monitoring and production management are combined in one system,the curves of pressure and flow rate working condition of pipeline leak are used to monitor the leakage in pipeline to find leakage location judging pressure fluctuation at working point and the time used for wave spreading during the said fluctuation at the end point.In this way,the alarm not only indicates the abnormal condition of leakage but tells the leakage location as well,thus effectively to show the data,such as pressure,flow rate and temperature,which supplements the management shortage and improves production management.The LD-SAKER was applied in oilfield with good efficiency,social and economical value.
