急性胰腺炎致韦尼克脑病一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者，男性，36岁。因“腹胀1个月，呕吐5天”于2013年2月21日入院，半月前有“急性胰腺炎”病史。此次以“腹胀待查”再次入院。体格检查：神清，全身皮肤、巩膜无黄染、出血点及皮疹，浅表淋巴结未触及，腹平坦，未见胃肠型，腹软，上腹部轻压痛，无反跳痛，肝脾肋下未触及，肠鸣音4次／分，下肢无水肿，四肢肌力正常，病理征未引出。
