摘要 RNase4基因是RNASE A基因超家族中的一个重要成员,是分子进化研究的最佳模型之一.首次在基因组水平对啮齿目中的16个物种进行RNase4基因深入分析.在白臀豚鼠、几内亚猪、鹿白足鼠和非洲跳鼠中检测到不同程度的RNase4基因扩张,并且经历了3次独立的基因复制事件.其中,在白臀豚鼠和几内亚猪中检测到1次基因复制事件;在鹿白足鼠和非洲跳鼠中发生2次基因复制事件,并且经历了"生与灭"的进化模式. RNase4gene is an important member of the RNASE A superfamily.It has been regarded as one of the key models in studies of molecular evolution.We firstly analysis RNase4 gene from 16 Rodent genomes at the genome level.Gene expansions were identified in Cavia aperea,Cavia porcellus,Peromyscus maniculatus and Jaculus jaculus.Three independent gene duplication events of the RNase4 gene were identified in the rodent.One gene duplication event was identified in Cavia apereaand Cavia porcellus.Two gene duplications events and the "birth and death"evolution pattern were detected in Peromyscus maniculatus and Jaculus jaculus.
