摘要
生物质能源作物的快速发展是缓解当前能源资源短缺和环保压力的一条重要途径。甜高粱茎秆产量和含糖量较高,能够生产燃料乙醇,是当前替代油气资源的重要能源作物,此外,甜高粱具抗旱、耐盐碱的特性,又使其成为干旱、盐碱地区的目标能源植物。为推动我国在盐碱、干旱地区的能源产业发展,通过对国内外干旱、盐碱生境下甜高粱能源性状变化和抗逆性研究进行综述表明:目前关于甜高粱在盐碱、干旱方面的研究尚处于起步阶段,胁迫条件下各品系不同生育期能源性状研究不够全面;甜高粱抗逆机理如渗透调节物质、分子及生理机制研究亟待深入;各地气候、土壤差异引起土壤的盐碱、干旱规律不同,同时土壤盐碱、干旱现象往往交互而生,实地开展甜高粱能源性状转化及分子、生理生态适应性的研究对于我国在盐碱、干旱地区甜高粱的顺利栽培、成熟管理措施的制定以及生物质能源的发展将具有推动作用。
The rapid development of biomass energy crops is an important way to alleviate the current shortage of energy resources and environmental pressures.Sweet sorghum is a an important energy crop due to its large stalk yield and high sugar content,which can be used to produce fuel ethanol. In addition,with the character of drought resistance and saline-alkaline tolerance,sweet sorghum has become the target energy plant in drought,saline and alkaline areas.To promote development of energy industry in the salt( alkali) or arid regions in China,references on energy traits and stress resistance of sweet sorghum under salt( alkali) or drought conditions are summarized.Researches on this crop are still in infancy.The study on its energy characters in different growth periods on salt( alkali) or drought stress is not comprehensive enough. The resistant mechanism such as molecular,physiological mechanism and osmotic adjustment substances also needs further investigation.Water deficit,salt and alkali are often combined together in the field,while vatious rules of saline( alkaline) or drought also result from different climate and soil characteristics.The energy traits,molecular,physiological and ecological adaptability of sweet sorghum in certain areas should be further investegated in the future so as to promote the cultivation of this plant,plans of smooth mature management measures and development of biomass energy in drought,saline or alkaline areas should be formulated.
