摘要
我国科技园的规划发展已经走过了近30个春秋,随着科技园的不断扩大与成熟,也带来了一系列问题。论文通过内蒙古福瑞健康科技园的规划实例,探索了一种新的规划模式——社区型科技园,实现土地的混合使用,促进职住平衡,为科技园的发展注入新活力。
The development planning of Chinese science and technology park has been nearly 30 years, with the development of science and Technology Park continues to expand and mature, it also brings a series of problems. This paper explores a new mode of community of science and Technology Park Planning — the planning case Inner Mongolia Furui Health Science and Technology Park, the realization of land mixed use, promote job housing balance, injecting new vitality into the development of science and technology park.
