摘要
目的：通过骨性错牙合患者正畸治疗中肌功能训练的依从性分析,为正畸临床探索行之有效的肌功能训练提供依据。方法：选取骨性错牙合伴口周肌功能异常患者78例（男35例,女43例）,年龄16~39岁。进行相应的肌功能指导与训练,采用自行设计的依从性评价表,每1~2个月正畸复诊时检查、记录患者肌功能训练的进行和配合情况,连续记录6次。结果：6次均能按要求正确、熟练进行者（依从性好）15例（占19.23%）;4~5次能按要求正确进行者（依从性较好）22例（占28.21%）;2~3次能按要求正确进行者（依从性较差）24例（占30.77%）;仅1次能基本按要求正确进行者（依从性差）17例（占21.79%）。其中依从性好和较好者中女性27例（占62.8%）,男性10例（占28.6%）。结论：1女性骨性错牙合患者正畸中肌功能训练配合度相对较好;2正畸医生应针对不同患者的错牙合特点、年龄、性别采取相对个性化的方法进行正畸肌功能训练指导,从而达到提高依从性及训练目的的要求。
Objective To provide basis for the effective muscle function training by compliance analysis of 78 cases of skeletal malocclusion orthodontic patients with muscle function training. Methods The78 cases of patients with clinical orthodontic skeletal malocclusion or oral habits with Abnormal peroral muscle were teached corresponding muscle function training. The training of muscle function were examined and recorded every 1-2 months by compliance evaluation table designed by ourselves,continuous recording 6 times. Results 6 times all could skillfully be required to correct those 15 people,accounting for 19.23;4-5 times can be required to correct those 22 people,accounting for28.21%;2-3 times can be properly required to correct those 24 people,accounting for 30.77;only 1times can basically be required to correct those 17 people,accounting for 21.79%. Conclusion The compliance of muscle function training in adult female skeletal malocclusion orthodontic patient is better. Orthodontist should take appropriate measures to orthodontic muscle function training coaching for different gender and age,thereby improving their compliance.
