某镁合金薄壁件精密铸造工艺模拟

摘要 对不同工艺方案的镁合金薄壁件石膏型熔模低压铸造进行了模拟。结果表明,采用缝隙式阶梯浇注明显存在冷隔缺陷;采用直接底注式浇注无明显冷隔缺陷。根据实验结果,对于镁合金薄壁件,采用直接底注式浇注明显优于缝隙式阶梯浇注,模拟结果与实验结果吻合。 The gypsum mould investment low-pressure casting magnesium alloy thin-walled part of different process schemes was simulated. The results show that using slit step gating has obvious cold shut defects; using bottom gating has no obvious cold shut defects. According to the experimental results ,magnesium alloy thin wall parts of adopting bottom gating are obviously better than the slit step gating, and the simulation results agree well with experimental results.
