高频振动对ZL108铝合金活塞凝固组织的影响 被引量:3

摘要 针对普通金属型铸造活塞力学性能不高的问题,将高频振动应用于ZL108铝合金活塞铸造。结果表明:高频振动能使ZL108铝合金活塞铸造凝固组织改善,α铝基体的尺寸细化,共晶硅分布和形貌有所改善,同时组织均匀性增加。起振时间对铸件凝固组织的影响效果最明显,振动幅度的影响比振动频率更大。 Aiming at the problem of the low mechanical properties of ordinary metal mold casting piston, high-frequency vibration was applied to the ZL108 aluminum alloy piston casting. The results show that high-frequency vibration can make ZL108 aluminum alloy piston casting solidification microstructure improve, the size of the a aluminum substrate obviously refines, and the distribution and morphology of eutectic silicon are improves. At the same time, microstructure uniformity increases. The influence of the initial time on solidification of casting is obvious. The effect of vibration amplitude on the forming quality is greater than the that of vibration frequency.
