使用Hysys软件对N2-CH4膨胀制冷液化工艺进行模拟计算,分析了天然气压力、混合气预冷温度、混合气预冷压力和混合气中组分的组成等参数对该流程混合气的制冷能力和主要设备功耗的影响。结果表明,提高天然气压力,控制混合气中甲烷摩尔分数在50%左右时,能增强混合气的制冷能力,减少主要设备的功耗。而降低混合气的预冷温度和增加混合气的预冷压力,都会增加系统的功耗。
Hysys is employed to simulate the N2-CH4 expansion and refrigeration process. The effects of natural gas pressure,pre-cooling temperature, pre-cooling pressure and compositions of gas mixture on refrigeration capacity and major equipment energy consumption are studied. The results show that when the methane molar content is about 50% of the total gas mixture, the refrigeration capacity can be improved with higher natural gas pressure and the energy consumption of main equipment can be reduced. However,lower pre-cooling temperature and higher pre-cooling pressure of mixture gas result in the increase in the total energy consumption.
