摘要
采用XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD、Py-IR等方法对不同种类分子筛进行了表征。考察了不同分子筛的结构、酸性及其对甲醇制汽油(MTG)反应性能的影响。结果表明,分子筛的结构和酸性对甲醇制汽油反应的产物分布和稳定性有显著影响。其中,HZSM-11分子筛具有合适的孔道结构和大量的强B酸中心,在甲醇制汽油反应中表现出较好的稳定性和较强的芳构化性能。
Different molecular sieve catalysts, HZSM-5, HMCM-22 and HZSM-11, are characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD), scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) , temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia ( NH3 -TPD ) and Py-IR. The structure and acidity of different zeolites have significant effect on the conversion of methanol to gasoline. HZSM-11 shows good stability and aromatization effect due to its suitable pore structure and large amount of strong B acid centers.
