颅脑外伤去骨瓣减压术后颅骨修补时机的的选择 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨颅脑外伤去骨瓣减压术后不同时期行颅骨修补术后并发症情况。方法:对2013年1月至2015年1月本院收治的外伤后颅骨修补患者进行分组,根据颅骨修补时机不同分为三组,A组(去骨瓣术后5~8周)、B组(去骨瓣术后9~12周)、C组(去骨瓣术后13周以后)。比较各组之间手术情况及术后并发症情况。结果:A、B组患者手术时间、术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),C组较A、B组患者手术时间、术中出血量明显增加,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),三组患者术后并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:颅脑外伤去骨瓣减压术后12周内行颅骨修补可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血。 Objective To determine the optimal timing of cranioplasty after decompressive craniectomy for trauma. Methods According to the repair time after decompressive, 106 patients in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, were divided into 3 goups, group A (5 to 8 weeks), group B (9-12 weeks) and group C (13 weeks). The intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications and immunohistochemical stain was observed and studied. Results Group A and B were found no significant difference (P 〉 0.05) in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, while group C with significantly increased (P 〈 0.05), postoperative complications was found no obvious difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Within 12 weeks cranioplasty after decompressive craniectomy for trauma can shorten operation time, reduce intraoperative bleeding.
