摘要
目的 :对米非司酮联合妈富隆治疗功能性子宫出血的疗效进行观察和分析。方法:选择2012年1月-2014年6月在我院治疗的功能性子宫出血病例90例,将患者随机分为人数相同的治疗组和对照组,对照组患者口服米非司酮,治疗组给予低剂量米非司酮联合妈富隆,比较两组患者临床效果。结果:治疗组治愈40例,有效5例,总有效率为100.0%;对照组治愈28例,有效12例,无效5例,总有效率为88.9%。治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P=0.035)。结论:米非司酮联合妈富隆治疗功能性子宫出血可提高临床疗效,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。
Objective ：The curative effect of mifepristone combined with marvelon in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding was observed and analyzed. Methods ：About 90 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected who were treated in our hospital from Jan. 2012 to Jun. 2014. The patients were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups with the same number of patients. The patients in the control group received oral mifepristone,those in treatment group were given low dose of mifepristone combined with marvelon,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： About 40 cases in the treatment group were cured,5cases were effective and the total effective rate was 100.0%. In the control group 28 patients were cured,12 cases were effective and 5 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 88.9%. The comparison between the treatment and control groups showed that the effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group with a significant difference（P = 0.035）. Conclusion： The use of mifepristone combined with marvelon in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding can improve the clinical curative effect with less adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
