甲醇和EGR相结合对柴油机排放的影响

摘要 在YC6A220C柴油机上进行了往外部EGR回路中喷入甲醇的试验,研究了不同的甲醇消耗率和不同的EGR率对柴油机排放的影响。试验结果表明:往EGR回路中喷入甲醇,能够有效降低碳烟排放,但是会导致CO和HC增加。喷醇量太小,对于降低碳烟和NOx效果不明显;喷醇量过大,能够大幅度降低碳烟,但是会导致NOx排放增加。当甲醇消耗率控制在65.5g/(k W·h)左右,EGR率在25%时,NOx和碳烟都能够降低到一个最低水平。 Experimental methanol injection at intake port with EGR in model YC6A220C diesel engine was carried out, influences of different methanol consumption rates and different EGR rates on engine power characteristics were studied. The results show that soot emissions can be effectively reduced when methanol is injected into the intake port, but it will lead to an increase of CO and HC emission. When the spray amount of alcohol is little, reducing soot and NOx is not obvious;when the amount of methanol is excessive, it can significantly reduce soot emissions, but leads to the increase of NOx emissions. When the methanol consumption rate was controlled at 65.5g/(kW·h) about, EGR rate of 25%, NOx and soot can be reduced to an optimum level.
