摘要
电机转速由于齿槽转矩的存在会产生波动,重点阐述了一种新的电机转速稳定性的测试方法。利用光电编码器作为角度传感器,转子位置信号由单片机系统采集、处理并经串口发送给上位机,基于Lab Windows/CVI的上位机设计实现了电机转速的图形化、实时显示功能。测试结果可直观地反映和分析电机转速的变化规律,为电机转速测试,尤其是低速稳定性的研究提供了一种新的有效途径。
The speed of motor can be fluctuated because of the cogging torque.A new method of detecting motor's speed is focused on.Photoelectric encoder as the angle sensor,can feedback the angle signal of motor.The signal is acquisited,processed and sent to the host computer through the serial port by SCM system.Based on Lab Windows / CVI,the host computer can achieve graphical,real-time display of motor's speed.The result of testing can directly reflect the change of the speed.This system provides a new and effective way for the speed testing of motor,especial the low-speed motor.
