摘要
为使焦炉煤气主管压力的控制质量进一步提高,在分析PID控制基本原理的基础上,提出了一种改进的PID控制器——变参数PID控制器,该控制器根据现场不同的工况实时调整PID三个控制参数的大小,以获得满意的控制效果。现场运行结果表明:该压力控制系统明显优于传统的PID控制系统,控制效果得到了很大的提高。
In order to improve coke oven gas pressure control further,this paper proposes an improved PID controller-variable parameter PID controller based on the basic principle of PID control analysis,adjust PID to control the size of the three parameters according to the site to different conditions in real time in order to obtain satisfactory control results.On-site operation results show that the pressure control system is superior to the traditional PID control system,control effect has been greatly improved.
