摘要
目的比较本中心妊娠分娩随访情况和实际的差别,为体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）妊娠结局的随访工作寻找最佳方法。方法选择本中心2013年1月1日-6月30日行IVF-ET术后临床妊娠并在本院进行分娩的154例患者,对分娩实际情况与随访登记记录进行比较分析。结果电话随访于本院进行分娩的患者共154例,实际能查找到分娩病志确定在本院分娩的患者有144例;144例中,分娩方式的符合率为93.75%;有2例患者以单胎分娩,电话随访为双胎;新生儿性别的符合率为91.67%;分娩周数的符合率为93.06%,新生儿体重的符合率为83.33%,电话随访缺少新生儿Apgar评分、妊娠合并症和并发症情况。结论随访登记与实际分娩记载剖宫产的比率、新生儿性别比例、多胎率、早产率、低体重儿比例都有差别。翻阅分娩病志能更好地了解新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿畸形情况、孕产妇合并症和并发症情况。
Objective To compare the difference of follow-up and reality of pregnancy and delivery in our center to search the best method for the follow-up work of pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation （IVF-ET）. Methods 154 patients with clincal pregnaey after IVF-ET in our center and delivered in our hospital from January 1 to June 30,2013 were selected,the actual situation and follow-up record of delivery was compared and ana- lyzed. Results 154 cases delivered in our hospital by telephone follow-up,144 cases delivered in our hospital according to our medical record.Among 144 cases,the coincidence rate for the delivery way was 93.75%,telephone follow-up study showed that two patients gave birth to twins,who actually gave single birth according to our medical record,the coinci- dence rate for newborn sex,delivery week and newborn weight was 91.67%,93.06% and 83.33% respectively.Telephone follow-up lacked newborn Apgar score,pregnancy comorbidity complication. Conclusion There are difference in cesare- an rate,proportion of newborn sex,polyembryony rate,premature delivery rate,and low body weight＇s proportion between the follow-up record and actual birth record.Reading childbirth record can better understand the neonatal Apgar score, neonatal malformation,maternal comorbidity and complication.
