摘要
为更好地落实动物检疫主体责任,甘肃省动物卫生监督所自2008年起开始探索试行动物检疫工作记录,经过近7年的试行和反复修订,最终确定了10种检疫记录。这10种检疫记录完整记录了动物产地检疫和屠宰检疫工作的全过程,形成了一条完整的动物检疫工作"记录链",实现了动物及动物产品可追溯及责任的落实与追究,提升了检疫人员素质,明确了检疫人员职责。
In order to better implement its main responsibility of animal health inspection, Gansu Animal Health Su- pervision Institute began to explore and trial implement detailed recording in animal health inspection from 2008, and finally 10 kinds of quarantine inspection records were determined through 7 years trial implementation and repeated revisions. The work records covered the whole process, including animal origin, slaughter and inspection, forming an integral ＂record chain＂ of animal health inspection, realizing the traceability of animals and animal products, tracing the implementation of responsibility. Therefore, the quarantine personnel responsibility was cleared and the quarantine personnel quality was upgraded.
