摘要
纵向整合已成为弥合断裂的城乡卫生服务体系的必要选择。然而,诸多因素阻碍着纵向整合实践,系统地梳理和归纳阻碍因素将有利于纵向整合实践。文章通过借助卫生系统宏观模型作为理论框架,采用演绎列举方式收集了城乡卫生服务体系纵向整合的阻碍因素指标及其框架构建,旨在为我国城乡卫生服务体系纵向整合提供一些参考。
Vertical integration is an essential choice to close the fractured urban--rural health care system. Howev- er, there are many factors hindering the practice of vertical integration, so it is good for practice by concluding the ob- stacle factors. In this paper, by using macro model special for health system as the theoretical framework, we collected obstacle factors and built their indicator framework of vertical integration so as to provide some scientific references for vertical integration between China＇s urban and rural health care system.
