摘要
目的对作者所在医院血清淀粉酶危急值报告科室的分布情况及涉及疾病种类进行了统计分析,以进一步评估血清淀粉酶危急值报告的临床意义。方法通过本院实验室信息管理系统收集2013年5至7月份本院患者淀粉酶危急值的生化检验数据,并对血清淀粉酶危急值报告在相关临床科室的分布及涉及疾病种类进行了统计分析。结果 2013年5至7月份本院血清淀粉酶危急值报告例数共计193例,其中急诊科66例、肝胆外科37例、消化内科15例、肿瘤外科12例、普外科9例、外科监护室7例、呼吸科7例、耳鼻咽喉科6例、骨科5例、其他科室29例。涉及住院患者153例,其中各种外科手术术后所占比例最大,共计89例(58%);其次胰腺炎30例(20%),非胰腺炎胰腺疾病6例(4%),车祸伤6例(4%),肾功能障碍4例(3%),肺部疾病4例(3%),心脏疾病3例(3%),其他如糖尿病,炎症,白血病等疾病11例(6%)。结论本院血清淀粉酶危急值报告分布最多的前三位科室分别是急诊科、肝胆外科和消化内科;血清淀粉酶水平可作为预测危重病患者病情变化、判断预后的检测指标应用于临床。
Objective To analyses the distribution and types of diseases for serum amylase critical value report in order to further evaluate the clinical significance of serum amylase critical value report. Methods Serum amylase critical value data of patients in our hospital from May to July in 2013 were collected through our hospital laboratory information management system. Results There were 193 cases reported for serum amylase critical value in our hospital,including 66 cases of emergency department,37 cases of hepatobiliary surgery,15 cases of gastroenterology,12 cases of oncology surgery,9 cases of general surgery,7 cases of surgical intensive care,7 cases of respiratory,6 cases of Otorhinolaryngology,5 cases of orthopedics,29 cases of other departments.There were 153 cases of hospitalized patients,including 89 cases（ 58%） of a variety of surgical procedures; 30cases（ 20%） of pancreatitis,6 cases（ 4%） of non-pancreatic disease,6 cases（ 4%） of car accident injuries,4 cases（ 3%） of renal dysfunction,4 cases（ 3%） of lung disease,3 cases（ 3%） of heart disease,11 cases（ 6%） of others cases such as diabetes,inflammation and leukemia. Conclusion The top three distribution departments for serum amylase critical value reports are emergency department,hepatobiliary surgery and gastroenterology. Serum amylase levels could be an indicator in predicting disease change and prognosis in clinic.
