知识互补性对研发网络内异位势企业间联盟的影响——基于知识基础结构的调节效应 被引量:20

The Impact of Knowledge Complementary on Alliance Choice of Firm within the Network——An Analysis Based on the Moderation of Knowledge Structure

摘要 本研究从企业内部知识基础角度出发,融合了同类相聚与资源交换理论,以中国上市电子企业为样本,运用随机效应Logit模型,分析知识互补性与研发网络内异位势企业间联盟的关系,以及知识深度与宽度的调节作用。研究发现:(1)知识互补性会增强网络内异位势企业间的研发联盟;(2)知识宽度正向调节知识互补性与网络内异位势企业间联盟的关系;(3)知识深度并不显著负向调节知识互补性与网络内异位势企业间联盟的关系。因此,网络内企业需要积极通过构建知识互补性来促进其与异位势企业间合作。 From firm knowledge base perspective,integrating the resource exchange theory and status-homophilous partner theory,using alliance data from China listed electronic and information companies and adopting random effect logic model analysis,this study firstly finds that knowledge complementary between two partners positively impacts asymmetric status alliance. Secondly,breadth of knowledge base positively and significantly moderates relationship between knowledge complementary and asymmetric status alliance. Thirdly,depth of knowledge base does not negatively and significantly moderate relationship between knowledge complementary and asymmetric status alliance. Therefore,firms in the network should form complementary knowledge to stimulate asymmetric status alliance.
