摘要
福州双杭历史街区作为近代商业中心,商业文化极具地域特色。随着福州城市的建设,街区更新保护提上了议事日程。文章根据史蒂文·蒂耶斯德尔在《城市历史街区复兴》中提出的历史保护七个主要价值,以福州双杭历史街区为例从美学价值、建筑多样性价值、文化记忆价值、商业和经济价值四个方面对其进行剖析,详述了双杭街区的空间形态、建筑类型、商业文化和宏观区位,诠释历史街区保护更新工作的多重价值导向。
