摘要
微小核糖核苷酸是一种非编码单链小分子RNA,大小约为20-22个核苷酸,可以通过转录后水平来调控基因的表达。微小核糖核苷酸-146a是微小核糖核苷酸家族成员之一,参与细胞增生、免疫、炎症、肿瘤等多种生物学过程。研究表明,微小核糖核苷酸-146a与多种皮肤病相关,如黑素瘤、银屑病、系统性红斑狼疮、皮肤光老化等。概述微小核糖核苷酸-146a的生物合成、作用机制及其在相关疾病中的研究进展。
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a group of small non-coding single-stranded RNAs of 20 - 22 nucleotides (nt) in length, and can regulate gene expressions at post-transcriptional level, miRNA-146a, a member of the miRNA family, participates in various biological processes such as cellular proliferation, immunity, inflammation, neoplasms, etc. Researches have revealed that miRNA-146a is associated with multiple dermatoses, such as melanoma, psoriasis, systemic lupus erythematosus and skin photoaging. In this review, the authors summarize latest progress in biosynthesis and action mechanisms of miRNA-146a as well as its roles in relevant diseases.
