摘要
为了进一步提高消化道早期癌和癌前病变的检出率,一系列新的电子内镜技术应用于临床。窄波成像(Narrow Band Imaging,NBI)技术就是其中一种光学图像增强技术,它可以显著提高消化道黏膜表面结构的观察水平。本文就窄波成像技术的原理特点及临床应用予以综述。
In order to enhance the detection rate of early gastrointestinal cancer and precancerous lesions, a series of new electronic endoscopy has be used in the clinical. Narrow band imaging(Narrow Band Imaging, NBI) technology is an optical image enhancement technology, it can significantly improve the surface structure of digestive tract mucosa observed levels. This paper will overview the principle characteristics and clinical application of narrow band imaging technology.
