摘要
目的探析系统护理对乳腺癌患情绪改善以及生活质量的影响。方法选择于我院接受化疗的乳腺癌患者22例,均施行系统护理,比较治疗前后患者的症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分以及欧洲肿瘤患者生存质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)评分。结果患者经治疗后偏执、恐怖、敌对、焦虑、抑郁、强迫以及躯体化等各项评分均明显下降,SCL-90由治疗前的(1.8±0.3)分下降到(1.5±0.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后患者的情绪功能、角色功能、躯体功能评分均明显提高,整体生活质量评分由治疗前的(64.3±10.5)分上升到(80.6±14.0)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论系统护理在乳腺癌患者临床治疗中的应用,可以有效改善患者情绪,提高身心健康水平与生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective Explore the influence of system nursing on sentiment improvement and the quality of life in patients with breast cancer.Methods Select 22 cases of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy in our hospital for treatment,both with system nursing,compared SCL-90 score and QLQ-C30 grade before and after treatment in patients.Results After treatment,the scores of patients with paranoia,horror,hostility,anxiety,depression,force and somatization were significantly lower,SCL-90 before the treatment（1.8±0.3）points down to（1.5±0.1）and differences were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.After treatment in patients with emotional function,role function,physical function scores were significantly improved,the overall quality of life before the treatment（64.3±10.5）points up to（80.6±14.0）points,differences before and after treatment were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion application of nursing in patients with breast cancer has effectively sentiment improvement,improve the level of physical and mental health and life quality,has high clinical value.
