硫化铋纳米棒的制备及其电化学电容特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 该研究以无水乙醇(C2H6O)为溶剂,利用溶剂热的方法合成硫化铋纳米材料。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(E D S)观察所制备材料的结构、形貌及分析组成成分。结果表明:所获得的硫化铋样品为长约2~3μm,宽约300~500 nm的纳米级棒状结构材料。最后,对其电化学性能进行了研究。 In this work,the Bi2S3 nanorods were synthesized by solvent thermal method and with the help of C2H6O. X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM),and X-ray energy spectrum (EDS) were used to investigate the structure,morphology and the chemical composition of as-prepared sample.The results showed that the rodlike structure of Bi2S3 nanomaterials was about 2~3 μm in length and 300~500 nm in width.Furthermore,its electrochemical performance was studied.
