摘要
在城乡二元经济结构的长期影响下,我国的教育也带着强烈的"城乡二元结构"的特色,城乡间教育差距不断加深。为了提高我国义务教育水平,进一步实现教育公平,缩小城乡义务教育间的差距成为当今中国教育的必由之路,因此我国面向农村实施了一系列的补偿政策。本文试从农村义务教育补偿政策的理论基础与社会支持为切入点,探析我国农村义务教育补偿政策,期望找到农村义务教育补偿政策的问题之所在,为今后农村义务教育补偿政策的发展提供理论借鉴。
Influenced by binary economic structure, education in China also shows a binary feature of a widening gap between education in urban areas and that in rural areas. To improve compulsory education and to achieve a fair education, narrowing down the gap between urban and rural compulsory education is a key approach and a series of compensation policies have been carried out. In this paper, from the perspective theoretical basis and social support of these policies the authors try to analyze the policies in rural areas, hoping to seek out their problems in order to provide theoretical significance for the development of compensation policies in rural areas.
