摘要
半潜式平台总体强度分析中,典型波浪工况的确定对平台结构的安全性具有重要影响。根据规范和目前波浪载荷工况的研究成果,同时结合对半潜式平台结构特性和高应力区域的分析,确定了多个剖面下的危险波浪载荷工况,采用规范推荐的基于谱分析的随机性设计波法和长期预报法对目标半潜式平台的自存工况进行水动力载荷预报,得到设计波参数,并计算平台结构响应。通过对各个载荷工况下的结构应力结果分析,得到了控制平台总体强度的关键波浪工况和两种设计波方法下结构响应的差异。该文研究成果可供类似结构的深水半潜式平台整体强度分析参考。
The characteristics wave cases have a great effect on the safety of a semi-sub- mersible platform in its global strength assessment. According to the rules and the research results of characteristic wave load cases, some dangerous wave load cases are proposed with analyzing the structural properties of semi-submersible platform and the high stress regions. Spectral-based stochastic method recommended by rules and long-term response method is used in the hydrodynamic loads calculation of a deepwater semi-submersible platform to get the design wave parameters for the survival conditions, and then stress level of platform is ob- tained through structural analysis. The key load cases to the overall strength of the platform and the differences of the two methods can be found by analyzing the stress results of the structure.
