摘要
目的:观察循证护理模式在急性脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将130例急性脑梗死患者随机均分两组,各65例在相同治疗基础上对研究组患者施行循证护理,对照组给予常规护理,干预4周后,综合比较两组患者对脑梗死相关健康知识的掌握情况及住院天数和护理满意度。结果:研究组患者对脑梗死相关健康知识的掌握情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者住院天数明显少于对照组(P<0.01),同时研究组患者对于护理服务的满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理能够进一步巩固急性脑梗死患者对于健康知识的掌握程度及促进患者早期康复。
Objective To study the application of Clinical observation of Implementation of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 130 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction,were randomly divided into two groups,65 cases in each group.Patients in study group underwent evidence-based nursing based on the same therapy while patients in control group were given conventional nursing.Four weeks after the intervention,related health knowledge and days of hospitalization and nursing satisfaction of the patients in two groups were compared.Results The related health knowledge on acute cerebral infarction the patients in study group mastered was better than that in the control group（P 0.05）; In study group,the days of hospitalization of the patients was significantly lower than that in control group（P 0.01）,meanwhile the nursing service satisfaction on patients in study group was higher than that in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Implementation of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction can promote patients to have a good command of health knowledge and promote early rehabilitation.
