摘要
回顾了控制冷却技术的发展,简述控制冷却的基本原理以及控制冷却技术在热轧钢管生产中的应用,展望了控制冷却技术在热轧钢管生产中发展的方向和重点。指出以超快冷为核心的新一代控制冷却技术能够大大挖掘材料的性能潜力,控制冷却技术在热轧钢管领域未来工业实现中具有丰富的工艺内容和广阔的应用前景。
The development and basic principle of controlled cooling technology were reviewed and outlined,and the present application situation and orientation,as well as the emphasis of future development of controlled cooling technology for steel pipe production were introduced and prospected. It was pointed out that the new generation controlled cooling technology,i. e.,the ultra fast cooling technology could explore the potential of material properties sufficiently and has full process scheme and broad application prospect in the field of hot rolled steel pipe.
