摘要
目的:探讨理化指标在冠心病(稳定型心绞痛)与不同中医证候间的相关性。方法:采用横断面调查方法,一次性采集12个分中心符合入选标准的患者,运用t检验、卡方检验、二分类逐步logistic回归,探讨冠心病(稳定型心绞痛)与中医证候在理化检查指标方面的关系。结果:t检验及卡方检验结果显示半胱氨酸、血尿酸、空腹血糖、高密度脂蛋白、颈动脉彩超、心电图、心脏彩超与冠心病稳定型心绞痛中医病证间的关系均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二分类逐步logistic回归分析后,颈动脉彩超、心电图、心脏彩超均与各中医病证关系密切,并且甘油三酯与射血分数在疾病组中存在特异性,相对危险度(OR)分别为1.432,0.764,血尿酸与空腹血糖在痰瘀组中存在特异性,OR分别为1.366,1.649,甘油三酯在气瘀组中存在特异性,OR值为1.478。结论:临床理化指标在冠心病稳定型心绞痛与其不同中医证候之间存在相关性。
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Syndrome of stable angina pectoris and physical and chemical examination of indicators. Method : Through the method of cross-sectional survey, patients from 12 sub-centers that met the inclusion criteria were collected, subject to chi-square test, binary stepwise logistic regression to explore the relationship between TCM Syndrome of stable angina pectoris and physical and chemical examination of indicators. Result: Correlation analysis and chi-square test results showed that the relationship between cysteine, uric acid, fasting glucose, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein, ejection fraction, activated partial thromboplastin time, C-reactive protein, carotid ultrasound, electrocardiogram (ECG) , echocardiography and TCM syndrome of stable angina pectoris were significantly related (P 〈 0.05). Binary stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that carotid ultrasound, ECG, echocardiography were closely related to each TCM Syndrome. And triglycerides and ejection fraction were specific in the disease group, with the odds ratio (OR) values of 1. 432 and 0. 764. The blood uric acid and fasting glucose were specific in phlegm and blood stasis group, with the OR values of 1. 366 and 1. 649. Triglycerides were specific in the gas and blood stasis group, with a OR value of 1. 478. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the TCM Syndrome of stable angina pectoris and the physical and chemical examination index correlated, which is in line with clinical practice.
