四肢软组织不典型性脂肪瘤样肿瘤/分化好的脂肪肉瘤的影像学表现与病理学对照分析 被引量：4

摘要 不典型性脂肪瘤样肿瘤/分化好的脂肪肉瘤（atypical lipomatous tumors/well-differentiated liposarcoma,ALT/WDLS）,是一种具有中间恶性生物学行为的软组织肿瘤,好发于腹膜后和下肢。它起源于原始间充质细胞,为脂肪肉瘤的一个亚型,并且是脂肪肉瘤最常见的一个类型。本文通过对本院7例经手术、病理证实的ALT/WDLS的影像学表现和病理学特征进行回顾性对照分析,并结合相关文献，探讨其病理影像学关系，以期提高对该病的诊断准确性。
