摘要
研究不同光照强度对半夏的叶面积、叶绿素含量、叶片的可溶性糖含量及不定根数量的影响。结果表明:在全光照处理下,半夏植株矮小,不定根数量较多;在遮荫95%处理下,半夏叶面积、叶绿素相对含量、叶片可溶性糖含量和不定根数量都是最高的,且叶面积、叶片可溶性糖含量和不定根数量达到极显著水平;在遮荫99%处理下,半夏叶面积、叶绿素相对含量、叶片可溶性糖和不定根数量都较低。因此,遮荫95%对半夏生长最有利。
The effect of different light intensities on the Pinellia ternate ( Thunb.)Breit leaf area, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and quantity of adventitious roots were studied. The results showed that in full light treatment, P.ternate was small plant, large number of adventitious roots; 95% in the shade under the treatment, P.ternate leaf area, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content were the highest number of adventitious roots, and leaves area, leaf soluble sugar content and the number of adventitious roots reached a significant level; 99% in the shade under the treatment, P.ternate leaf area, chlorophyll content, leaf soluble sugar and the number of adventitious roots were low, therefore, 95% shade was the most favorable growth for P.ternate.
