摘要
河北文化源远流长,底蕴深厚。河北文化对外传播是实现我省由文化资源大省向文化强省跨越,增强河北文化国际竞争力和影响力的重要战略举措。毋庸置疑,在全球化发展的今天,河北文化的对外传播离不开具有中国文化对外传播能力的外语人才。基于此,河北省高校外语教师要充分认清外语教学的发展历史与时代需求,提升自身的中国文化自觉意识与素养,更好地发挥高校外语教师在外语人才培养与其自身在河北文化对外传播中的作用。
Hebei province enjoys a long history and profound culture,but the international stature of Hebei is not so great as expected.Consequently,it is an important strategic measure to enhance the competitiveness and stature of Hebei.Foreign language teachers in universities possess the abilities to disseminate Chinese culture overseas,and they shoulder the responsibility.Based on this,this paper argues that the university foreign language teachers of Hebei province should develop the self-awareness,so that they play their roles in disseminating of Hebei culture through teaching.
