颅脑手术患者苏醒期的麻醉管理 被引量:15

摘要 神经外科患者麻醉苏醒期间的一系列生理变化,如气管导管和尿管的刺激、疼痛、低温寒战、低氧及高碳酸血症等引起的血流动力学波动,可导致颅内压增高,加重大脑低灌注区域神经元的损伤,并使术中已被电凝的血管再次出血,增加术后颅内出血量,甚至发生脑血管意外而需再次手术。因此在神经外科围麻醉期,维持呼吸和心血管系统的稳定,抑制交感神经兴奋,降低神经系统的并发症等尤为重要。
