摘要
目的探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床治疗方法,为患者的临床治疗提供参考。方法选取我院接收的42例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和治疗组。对照组患者使用西药治疗,使用吗丁啉、甲硝唑等,治疗组增加仙露帕朱丸,两组共接收一个疗程为期四周的治疗,对临床治疗效果进行观察比较。结果两组患者完成一个疗程治疗后,治疗组患者的效果优秀一些,说明慢性萎缩性胃炎疾病使用西药和仙露帕朱丸的联合治疗效果比较好,治愈率更高。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床中痛苦比较多,使用镇痛药物无法进行治愈,采取西药和仙露帕朱丸联合治疗,效果更加突出,患者治愈率高,对其不良影响小,临床应用价值比较高。
Objective To explore the clinical treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and provide the reference for the clinical treatment. Methods 42 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients in our hospital were included in the research. These patients were divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in the control group received western medicine treatment, with the use of domperidone, metronidazole. While the treatment group received the western medicine treatment combine with Lupa Zhu Xian pill. Both of the two groups received a course of treatment for four weeks. The therapeutic effect were observed and compared. Results After the treatment, the effects of the patients in the treatment group were better, indicating that the treatment effect of western medicine and Lupa Zhu Xian pill for the patients of chronic atrophic gastritis was better with higher effective rate. Conclusion The patients with chronic atrophic gastritis always feel pain. And the analgesic drugs is useless for these patients. The effect of western medicine combine with the immortal Lupa Zhu Wan in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is prominent, with high effective rate with less adverse effects. So this treatment is worth for relatively high clinical application value.
