摘要
目的探讨与分析精神病性症状的稳定期双相障碍I型患者认知功能受损的相关原因。方法选择60例稳定期双相障碍I型精神病患者作为观察组,同时选取50例正常健康人作为对照组,分析患者认知功能受损原因。结果两组存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论患者的抑郁评分、狂躁评分与其认知功能情况存在一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the related damage causes of cognitive function of patients with type I bipolar disorder in stable period of psychotic symptoms. Methods 60 cases of stable patients with type I bipolar disorder of mental illness were selected as the observation group, and 50 normal healthy people were selected as the control group. The reason of impaired cognitive function of the patients were analysis. Results Significant differences exist between the two groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion There is a correlation between scores of depression, manic scores and the impaired situation of cognitive function.
