摘要
目的评价传染科实习生医院感染预防控制培训效果。方法对传染科12名实习生进行医院感染预防控制培训,注重理论与实践相结合,每周至少1次理论学习,逐渐从基础疾病诊治向专科诊治技术过度,从易到难,遵循理论-观摩-监督指导-独立完成培训模式,由培训者视学习进度安排培训进度。结果 12名实习生均达标,实习时间6-8个月,人均理论课时120 h以上,人均撰写个案诊治报告5份,双方互评均较满意。结论实际培训效果良好,培训具有针对性,注重循序渐进、理论与实践相结合,有助于使实习生切实掌握医院感染预防与控制理念、方法。
Objective To prevent infection control training effect evaluation of infectious diseases hospital intern. Methods The Department of infectious disease control and prevention training 12 interns of hospital infection, pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, the theory of learning at least 1 times a week, gradually from basic disease diagnosis and treatment to a specialist technology excessively, from easy to difficult, follow the theoryWatch-supervision and guidance-independently by the training mode, training visual learning progress arrange training schedule. Results 12 interns were standard, practice time ranged from 6 months to 8 months, more than 120 h per capita per capita theory class, writing a case of diagnosis and treatment of 5 reports, the two sides mutual evaluation were satisfactory. Conclusion The actual good training effect, training targeted, step by step,pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, helps to make the trainee be mastered prevention and control concept, method of nosocomial infection.
