摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在ICU气管切开患者管理中的应用效果。方法:将112例ICU气管切开患者按入院时间分为观察组60例和对照组52例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,通过对比两组患者术后并发症、患者舒适度和满意度,评价舒适护理模式的疗效。结果:观察组肺部感染、痰痂、气管壁损伤和气道出血情况与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组脱管及皮下气肿发生情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者舒适度评分显著低于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在预防气管切开术后并发症和提高患者舒适度及满意度方面,舒适护理模式疗效要优于常规护理模式。
Objective： To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in the management of patients with tracheotomy in ICU. Methods： 112 ICU patients with tracheotomy were divided into the observation group（ n = 60） and the control group（ n = 52） according to the admission time. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were given comfort nursing care,the efficacy of comfort nursing mode was evaluated through the comparison of the postoperative complications and the patient comfort and satisfaction between the two groups. Results： There were no statistically significant differences in the comparison of pulmonary infection,sputum scab,tracheal wall damage and airway bleeding of the patients between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; the incidence of tube- off and subcutaneous emphysema was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the score of patient comfort was significantly lower and the rate of satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The comfort nursing mode is better than the routine nursing mode in the prevention of complications after tracheotomy and in improving patient comfort and satisfaction.
