摘要
酒店顶岗实习是地方高校突出应用型人才培养的关键性环节,酒店顶岗实习利益相关者的学生、酒店、教师和学校四方,具有各自的利益诉求和投入,并产生相应的冲突。为此,应从利益相关者出发,坚持人才培养质量优先原则、寻求利益相关者自身得失平衡原则、四方综合利益最大化原则,提高实习生畏难心理承受力,培育强有力的实习指导教师团队,多渠道提升学生管理沟通和人际关系协调能力,提高企业履行社会责任能力,争取政策和制度支持,才能较好地实现顶岗实习各方利益的平衡。
Internship is a key link of Training applied talents in the Local Colleges, it is an es- sential link to provide students with professional ideological education and practical training. The paper discusses the mutual relations of benefits and conflict of benefits among the students, teachers, hotels and the Universities, and accordingly proposes the win-win countermeasures. The suggest is put on im- proving the students" psychological endurance and the hotel ability to perform social responsibility, Cul- tivating a strong practice guidance teachers team, the school policy.
