摘要
含硫气井试油作业期间,井筒排出的液体(地层水、酸化后返排残酸)富含H2S等,过去现场的作法是将这些液体经过直接返排到现场污水池简单的处理,一方面H2S不断向周围环境飘溢,同时返排出的残酸含有泡沫等也会向环境飘散,给作业井场和周围自然环境带来了严重的安全危害。通过优选除硫剂、p H值调节剂等,自主研制处理剂自动连续加注装置,优化地面测试流程和工艺,最终通过物理和化学方法对井筒产出的流体进行实时除硫、消泡与中和残酸,处理后的产出液中H2S含量小于15 mg/L,实现了安全排放,保护了环境。
During the operation of a sour well,wellbore flow back fluid( formation water,flow- back reacted acid after acidizing) contains H2 S. In the past,such fluid was discharged into the sewage pit directly in the well site and was disposed simply. As a result,H2 S will diffuse in the air and on the other hand,flow- back residual acid may go into the air,polluting working site and surrounding area. By optimizing sulphur remover and p H adjusting agent,developing a device for automatically adding flow- back fluid disposing agents,and designing surface well testing process,a technology for removing sulphur,breaking foam and neutralizing acid was developed. After its disposal,H2 S content in fluid is less than 10 ppm,achieving safe discharge and environment protection.
