摘要
经过第一轮页岩气水平井钻井技术探索与总结,富顺永川区块第二轮水平井钻井施工中采用了近钻头伽马、伽马成像、地质导向等技术避免地质侧钻;优选低转速高扭矩螺杆和进口PDC钻头,实现一趟钻钻穿须家河地层;使用新型高造斜率的旋转导向PD Archer克服了常规旋转导向在页岩储层中造斜率低的难题,且平均机械钻速较螺杆组合提高4倍,平均缩短钻井周期88 d,创造了国内页岩气水平井钻井的多项指标,对高效、低成本开发四川盆地页岩气资源具有良好的指导作用。
Based on the summarization of the phase I 's shale gas horizontal well drilling technologies,the near bit gamma ray,gamma image and geosteering technology were applied for phase II's horizontal wells drilling in Fushun- Yongchuan block to avoid geological sidetracking. One run to drill out Xujiahe formation by using optimized ultra- low speed high torque motor and imported PDC bit. New version high dog leg capacity rotary steerable system( RSS) PD Archer conquered low build-up rate challenge in shale reservoir which caused by conventional RSS,and the ROP is 4 times more than motor bottom hole assembly,which saved 10 to 47 days drilling period. New technologies created a number of domestic shale gas horizontal well drilling indications,which has guide role for high efficiency and low cost to develop unconventional shale gas resource in Sichuan basin.
