摘要
目的探讨牙周手术中的护理配合对手术效果的影响。方法选取进行牙周翻瓣术治疗的100例患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用一般的护理流程,试验组采用更加优质化的护理模式,对比两种护理方法手术时间及患者牙科焦虑评分(MDAS)的差异,并对患者手术后复诊时的菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)及探诊深度(PD)等牙周健康状况进行对比评价。结果试验组手术时间为(79.12±3.95)min,较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组患者MDAS评分分别下降(41.74±2.92)分、(25.14±2.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者3个月后复诊时PLI指数显著优于对照组,6个月后复诊时PLI、GI及PD均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周手术中配合更加优质的护理配合不仅可以大大缩短手术时间,还能有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪、提高患者牙周护理依从性,提高手术成功率。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing cooperation on the result of periodontal surgery. Methods 100 cases with periodontal flap surgery were randomly divided into observation group with 50 cases and the control group with 50 cases. The control group with routine nursing process, the observation group was treated with more perfect nursing process. The operation time and Modified Dental Anxiety Scale （MDAS） scores of two groups were analyzed. In addition, 3 months and 6 months after operation, the plaque index （PLI）, gingival index （GI） and probing depth （PD） scores of the patients were evaluated. Results The operation time of the observation group were （79.12±3.95）min, which was statistically reduced compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. The MDAS scores of two groups reduced （41.74±2.92） and （25.14±2.36）, respectively （P〈0.05）. 3 months after operation, the PLI score was superior in the observation group, and 6 months after operation the PLI, GI and PD scores were all significantly superior in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion More perfect nursing cooperation in periodontal surgery can not only reduce operation time, but also relieve the anxiety of the patients and improve the patients’periodontal care compliance, improve the success rate of surgery.
