位于浙江北部的桐乡市,连续两次被评为"中国十大市场强市",作为一种地方性市场交易组织和区域市场化创新的有效途径,专业市场是桐乡市推动地方经济发展的重要力量。在桐乡市14个经济开发区内,通过招商引资建立了42个专业市场,然而在2013年,桐乡市江南钢材城人去楼空,百余家钢贸公司放弃经营主体的行为,让我们不得不重新思考,地方政府在经济开发区招商引资中的职能定位到底是什么,地方政府应该管什么,不应该管什么。
Tongxiang City, located in the north of Zhejiang Province, is named as ＂top 10 strong market city of China＂ twice in succession. As an effective way of trade organizations in local market and regional market innovation, the professional market is an important force to promote local economic development in Tongxiang City.Within14 economic zones in Tongxiang City, 42 professional markets have been built by attracting investment.However, in 2013, Tongxiang Jiangnan steel city was deserted, with several hundreds of steel trade companies abandoning their business subject, which makes us reconsider what is the function of local government in investment attraction for economic development zones, what should the local government manage, and what should not.
