摘要
目前,大部分银行排队系统功能单一,网点缺乏客户队列智能管理的手段,对于客户多渠道的互动缺乏支持,客户等待时间较长。本文在原有系统的基础上增加客户到访提醒、客户预警及关怀和到号提前通知等功能,满足客户可以提前预约以及网上预约,以期提高客户效率和客户满意度。
In view of the characteristics of most bank queuing systems, such as single function, lack of network, backward intelligent queuing management, and a long wait for customers, this paper adds the function of customer visit reminder, the early warning and care and advance notice of turn, on the basis of the original system,to meet the demands for advance and reservation, and improve the efficiency and customer satisfaction.
